Tuition Terms and Conditions

• All sessions must be paid in advance, in half-term blocks

• Absences (such as sickness): if less than 24 hour notice, the session won’t be refunded or rearranged

• Arranged absences (such as holidays), need to be discussed when booking

• Tutor holidays and bank holidays, you will be advised when booking

• Tutor sickness, you will be advised as soon as possible, and the session will be rearranged, or the cost will be deducted from the next half-term

• Either party must give two weeks' notice. Bookings for the next block will be made two weeks before the current block finishes
